Installation of aft deck. We rolled epoxy to coat inside panel surface and then rolled upper face of hull structure. Mixed epoxy with West System 404 to make peanut butter and spread across same hull structure where it will contact the panel. With panel in place screws were driven in a pattern that spread out from one point. Following cure the screws were removed and the holes filled with thickened epoxy. The fore deck is going to be a challenge so procrastinated and setup scale to weigh boat with all attached components sitting in hull. Bags and paper in hull will be removed later.

Finished epoxy coat of interior and now some additional white along the sides. Prep work on deck panels. Wet both sides then clamp in place until dry. The bow is a bit tricky and will require some cold molding to close the gap. Running lines order getting close but there is still quite a bit of uncertainty...what is an RJ Sheet, a Mast PreBend Strop?
