Flying Fifteen Pacific - 4034

This Valspar LIC40 is very easy to work with.  Adding grit to the paint for some no slip areas fore and aft and along entire side decks.  There remains one more coating across the top and some touch-up in the cockpit.

Finishing up the rudder stock key-way with drills and files.

 

The keel is aligned in place and the gaps between flange and hull need to be filled.  The blobs will give a profile for further fill after the keel is off.  Some day in the future the keel could be machined to true up the interface but this will have to suffice.  

Mast and sails are due at the port tomorrow morning.
